“Tomorrow the U.S. Senate Financial Services Subcommittee will be hold hearings on two amendments that could have a great impact upon what your family is watching on broadcast television every day. One measure would nullify a U.S. circuit court ruling that would not allow the restriction on severe expletives on television from 6am to 10pm. If the amendment doesn’t pass, the ruling against the FCC could mean allowing broadcast television to air expletives during the day.”
