Lawsuit Causes County To Reverse Course And Allow Religious Flyers in Parks

From the Liberty Counsel.

“Yesterday, in response to a federal lawsuit filed by Liberty Counsel, officials in Orange County, Florida agreed to not prohibit Shirley Snyder from distributing religious literature in the public parks. The County also repealed the unconstitutional regulations that were used to stop Snyder from passing out tracts about Jesus and a flyer announcing a church service. The County’s agreement not to stop her from returning to the parks does not resolve the lawsuit, which will continue in federal court.”
